HRM Branch, Planning Development and Monitoring Department :

With the view to streamlining the personnel management Human Resource Management (HRM) Branch is established in the Planning Development and Monitoring Department.

Functioning of the HRM Branch :

  • To attend the personnel matters of Gazetted Cadre of J&K Economics and Statistics Service related with transfers, promotions, seniority lists, APRs, Departmental enquiries/vigilance cases/retirements/Trainings.
  • To ensure timely reference of vacancies (both under direct recruits and promotion quotas) to the designated recruiting agencies/Departmental Promotion Committee.
  • Create Employees data base of Gazetted cader
  • Other matters which the Administrative Secretary assigns from time to time.
